"Projects Tested Concurrently" parameter can make Eclipse unable tio restart

If "Projects Tested Concurrently" option is set to a value higher than 8 (or CPU count?), Eclipse won't be able to restart next time.

Is this issue blocking you right now? That is, is there another workaround aide from re-installing Eclipse?
